Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: your email and name.
• LinkedIn data: when you connect your LinkedIn account, we access the data needed to send messages and connection requests and to identify the people in your campaigns (e.g. names, headlines, profile links, connection status).
• Campaign & lead data: the leads you add, scripts, message status, replies, and notes you record.
• Voice data: audio samples you upload to create a cloned voice, and the voice notes generated from your scripts.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store a customer reference and plan, not your card details.

2. How we use it

To provide the service — sending your campaigns, generating scripts and voice notes, tracking replies, billing your plan, and supporting you. We don't sell your data.

3. Service providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers only as needed to run Vosen — including hosting and database, LinkedIn messaging delivery, AI text and voice generation, audio storage, email, and payments. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

4. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete campaigns and leads in the app, and request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us to exercise them. People you contact through Vosen can also ask you (the sender) to stop contacting them — you are the controller of your campaign data.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
