Terms of Service

1. Overview

Vosen (“Vosen”, “we”, “us”) provides software that helps you send personalised voice notes and connection requests through your own LinkedIn account, generate scripts with AI, and track responses. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use Vosen.

2. Not affiliated with LinkedIn

Vosen is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. You connect your own LinkedIn account and remain responsible for complying with LinkedIn's User Agreement and policies. Automating activity on LinkedIn can, in some cases, lead to restrictions or suspension of your LinkedIn account. You use Vosen at your own risk and accept that any LinkedIn account action is your responsibility. Our daily limits and pacing are designed to reduce that risk but cannot eliminate it.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Vosen to:

• send spam, harassing, deceptive, or unlawful messages;
• contact people without a legitimate reason or in breach of applicable anti-spam, privacy, or marketing laws;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• upload content you don't have the right to use.

You are solely responsible for the content of your messages and the people you choose to contact.

4. Voice cloning

If you create a cloned voice, you confirm it is your own voice or that you have explicit permission to use it. You must not clone another person's voice without their consent. You are responsible for how cloned-voice audio is used.

5. Plans, billing & credits

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access continues until then. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Plans include usage allowances and daily send limits; these may change with reasonable notice. The free plan includes a limited one-time credit allowance.

6. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Vosen is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee any particular results, deliverability, reply rates, or uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vosen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from LinkedIn account restrictions, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using Vosen at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use means you accept the changes.
